The hotel had a warm and cozy vibe, making it the perfect place for a romantic escape. the staff at the reception were friendly and informative, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
There was confusion regarding the pre, authorization of our card, which resulted in us having to pay the full amount upon check, out. This caused some frustration and hassle, particularly since we were in a rush to catch our taxi.

We were pleasantly surprised by the well-decorated rooms at Arioso. The location was super convenient and the price was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early. Despite a few minor issues, like the cleanliness and the air conditioner not working well, our overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this place and I have to say it was excellent! The location was amazing. I was easily within walking distance of major attractions, shops and restaurants. The room amenities were top-notch. The staff were extremely accommodating and always went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The housekeeping was impeccable, my room was always clean, and the laundry service was a nice bonus.
This venue is perfect for families.
